Copying Materials
The copyright on our materials is to protect the integrity of the message. Anyone is free to make copies to give away but not to sell.

Use of Music for Public Performance of Worship
Any songs copyrighted by this ministry are freely offered for public performance or for use in worship without charge. No music CDs may be copied for resale. Though you are free to copy music CDs, we would ask you to please be mindful of the fact that music production is much more costly than mere audio messages, so please consider some financial response to us should you need to copy a music CD. Still, our main focus is that the music gets out! So thank you for caring enough about it to want to share it in ANY form you choose.

Invitations to Speak in Your Area
If you are interested in Clay and/or Mary speaking in your area, please email or write McLean Ministries with your request along with possible dates, schedule preferences, and if you desire any certain topic. At least three month’s notice is usually needed.

Financial Arrangements for Speaking
Financial arrangements are made prior to arrival and are worked out according to the ability of the hosts. Should the format be a seminar or conference with registration fees, all such fees are to go to McLean Ministries above host expenses, unless previous arrangements are made with McLean Ministries. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the hosts unless other arrangements are made with McLean Ministries.
Any proceeds from purchase of McLean Ministries educational materials etc. belongs to McLean Ministries unless previous arrangements are made.

Recorded Messages and Copyright
Hosts are allowed to keep recorded messages of McLean Ministries for local use. Sales of such recordings are the property of the hosts. Copies of recordings may be requested by McLean Ministries and/or McLean Ministries reserves the right to record and keep their own copies for future reproduction and sale through their audio products.
